Greg Bergeron - President/Owner

Greg is the President and Co-Owner of Cedar Rustic Fence Co. Greg has held this position since March, 2004. During his tenure at Cedar Rustic, Greg has shaped Cedar Rustic's business by focusing on selling, manufacturing and installing quality fences and designing and building unique decks. Under his leadership, Cedar Rustic has expanded operations to include the fabrication of both vinyl and aluminum fences, has significantly improved customer service and refined the installation department to better service Cedar Rustic's customers.

Prior to Cedar Rustic Fence Co., Greg spent 12 years as a business and sales consultant. Greg's areas of expertise are in production planning, inventory control, forecasting, procurement and pricing. During his career, he has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies including Kraft, Kellogg, Cargill, Owens Corning, 3M and Pillsbury. Greg graduated with Honors from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University. Greg is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, American Fence Association (AFA), North American Deck and Rail Association (NADRA), and the Naperville Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2006 graduate of the American Fence Association Field Training School.

Michael O'Lena - Director of Operations

Michael is responsible for installation and production. These activities include: fence and deck installation, service, cedar, vinyl, aluminum and steel gate production, warehousing, building maintenance and vehicle maintenance.

Michael started his career with Cedar Rustic in 1990 at the age of 15 when he received his worker's permit from high school. During his tenure at Cedar Rustic he has done every job from sales to production, installation and service. Michael is a member of the American Fence Association (AFA) and a 2008 graduate of the AFA Field Training School.

Lynn Ward - Office Manager

Lynn is responsible for all of the office activities including accounts payables, receivables, job scheduling, sales scheduling and other administrative functions.

Prior to Cedar Rustic Fence Co., Lynn ran the administrative functions of Best Heating and Cooling, owned and operated a resale shop, and was a retail manager at Montgomery Wards. Lynn is a 2007 certified QuickBooks Professional.
